About the Designer
Dia dhuit! Hello and welcome!

My name is Brenna Keeley and I've always had a passion for creativity and artwork. I love nature and have a fondness towards Zoology specifically. Growing up on a small horse farm bordering the ancient city of St. Augustine in Florida, I took to creating traditional pieces of animals as my muse.
Starting with pen, pencil, and watercolor, I eventually graduated to the digital medium using a Wacom tablet and an old laptop. From there on, I taught myself how to use programs such as Photoshop and Paint Tool Sai. Eventually I was gifted an iPad where I use Procreate. It was just a hobby, one I felt was being squandered as I knew there would be a place for my creative passion to flourish as a career.

Eventually after being with CE Broker for some time, I was introduced to the Graphic Design Mentorship Program on August 18th, 2020. From there I was under the instruction and guidance of our Senior Graphic Designer Theresa Lopez. She taught me the fundamentals of Graphic Design and how it is both complex and technical, but also challenging and exciting. I learned so very much not only with her, but with the classes she had me take with Coursera and a few freebie YouTube courses.
My skills began to grow from what was only slight experience to a real eye for detail and understanding of what Graphic Design really meant. It's creative, yes, but it's also about problem solving, research, criticism, and getting a real feel for what your assignment is from your client.
It's fascinating to me how there's such a psychology behind the work of design and visual imagery. Words plastered on a billboard can be totally ignored, or completely captivating all depending on how the piece is created and presented.
I would love nothing more than to peruse that career and journey here in CE Broker and EverCheck. This company has been one of the best I've ever worked for, and one of the best I've experienced from a medical side (I'm a Certified Medical Assistant, much like a Nurse). I totally understand the stress and anxiety of continuing education as I've quite literally been in our customers shoes. Having an understanding of our users, I believe I can offer unique perspective and bring those to life through our Graphic Design Department. Watching CE Broker grow into what it is today from when I joined the team back on September 10th, 2018 has been astounding and the future is even more exciting.
